Andrew Coning is a 4th Generation Arable Farmer from Alne, North Yorkshire. Because he has been working with his father on the farm since he was a boy, he understands the specific requirements needed in agricultural haulage.
The back story is:- Andrew decided to get a bulker to transport their own corn to save on haulage costs and be in control of when and how the grain was moved. Other farmers then asked Andrew if he could move their grain for them and the haulage business has grown since then.
Andrew & Claire are passionate about getting product delivered on time and in perfect condition and always looking into ways to improve the business further.
He works with his wife Claire who is the transport manager and holds her CPC licence to ensure the transport runs smoothly.
Claire and Andrew make a great team and Claire is also a qualified HGV 1 Driver and trained to do the lab testing.
Claire works closely with Kim, the Transport Administrator, to help the business run smoothly and efficiently ensuring clients get their products from A to B quickly and in the very best condition possible.
